All round high quality multi purpose mat. Suitable for Cardio, Kickboxing, Taekwondo & Karate. The mat has shock absorbing qualities with enough cushioning to break a fall. The mat provides firm footing with a hardwearing, non-toxic durable surface to take the abuse of shoes. Easy to link together for secure fit. Reversible & completely portable. Easy to wipe clean with tight fitting edges to reduce dirt build-up.
